Splashzone Attractions
Visit SplashZone and cool off in our Wave Pool - an "ocean of motion.” If you feel the need for speed, take a ride on the Kamikaze waterslide. You’ll dive-bomb at a rate of 60 km (37 mi.) an hour! Or try the ProRacer for double the fun. After that, experience the Tornado tube slide or one of the three giant twister slides. For the younger set there’s a kiddie "Splashpad" and a pool with three mini-slides, so they can join in the fun. Relax in the whirlpool or take a smooth ride on an inner tube around the Lazy River.

Kamikaze
Our fastest and highest slide. Experience speeds up to 60 km/h while you take the near vertical plunge into a runout (approximately 10 inches in depth). Riders will need to walk up numerous stairs to make it to the top of the attraction. Riders will encounter strong acceleration and deceleration forces from the front rear and all sides during the course of the ride. Riders must ride one at a time.
To ride: Hands should be clasped behind your head with fingers locked. Tuck your chin and hug your ears with your arms, elbows pointing towards the front. Cross your legs at the ankles and control your limbs throughout the course of the ride. Stay in the position until you come to a complete stop in the runout.

Torpedo
Max Weight 250lbs (113.4kg)Experience the floor falling beneath you! Riders enter the enclosed capsule and await the countdown. When they hear "Launch" the floor drops and the rider descends a near vertical drop at a high rate of speed into a runout (approximately 10 inches in depth). Riders will encounter strong acceleration and deceleration forces from the front rear and all sides during the course of the ride. Riders will need to walk up stairs to make it to the top of the attraction. Riders must ride one at a time.
To ride: Enter feet first, facing front, with your back against the slide. Hands should be clasped behind your head with fingers locked. Tuck your chin and hug your ears with your arms, elbows pointing towards the front. Cross your legs at the ankles and control your limbs throughout the course of the ride. Stay in the position until you come to a complete stop in the runout.

Riders should expect sudden turn before entering the runout (approximately 10 inches in depth) at the end of the slide. Riders will encounter strong acceleration and deceleration forces from the front rear and all sides during the course of the ride. Riders will need to walk up stairs to make it to the top of the attraction. Riders must ride one at a time.

Sidewinder
Max Weight 300lbs (136.1kg)A body slide that allows you to control your speed by choosing to lay down or sit up. A red and green light system is in place to allow a safe distance between each rider. Expect a few turns and a final drop at the end of the slide. Exit into a catch pool approximately 42" deep which gets more shallow as you make your way to the exit. Please exit from the splash pool as orderly and quickly as possible. Approved PFDs are required for those between 42"-48". PFDs are free of charge and available on either side of the Wavepool. Riders must ride one at a time. Parents and/or Guardians are not permitted to ride with their child.
To ride: Riders sitting upright must enter the slide feet first and cross arms over their chest placing hands on shoulders. Riders laying down on their back must enter the slide feet first, cross legs at the ankles, clasp hands behind head locking fingers, arms should hug ears with elbows pointing forward.

Pipeline
Max Weight 300lbs (136.1kg)A body slide where you are required to lay down because most of this slide is enclosed. A red and green light system is in place to allow a safe distance between each rider. Riders should expect turns and a dip in the middle of the slide with a final spiral turn before exiting into a catch pool approximately 42" deep which gets more shallow as you make your way to the exit. Please exit from the splash pool as orderly and quickly as possible. Approved PFDs are required for those between 42"-48". PFDs are free of charge and available on either side of the Wave Pool. Riders must ride one at a time. Parents and/or Guardians are not permitted to ride with their child.
To ride: Riders must lay down on their back must enter the slide feet first, cross legs at the ankles, clasp hands behind head locking fingers, arms should hug ears with elbows pointing forward.

Loop de Loop

You can expect two loops as you make your way down the slide. Exit into a catch pool approximately 42" deep which gets more shallow as you make your way to the exit. Do not block the end of the slide. Please exit from the splash pool as orderly and quickly as possible. Life jackets are required for those between 42"-48". PFDs are free of charge and available on either side of the Wave Pool. Riders must ride one at a time. Parents and/or Guardians are not permitted to ride with their child.
To ride: Riders sitting upright must enter the slide feet first and cross arms over their chest placing hands on shoulders. Tornado
Grab a tube and travel through the fully enclosed Tornado slide. Expect sudden drops and unexpected turns in this completely dark attraction. One tube at a time - chain riding is not permitted. Riders will encounter strong acceleration and deceleration forces from the front rear and all sides during the course of the ride. Single tubes are free of charge and available at the bottom of the slide on a first come first serve basis. Double tubes can be rented for a fee, while supplies last.
To ride: Sit in the tube, face forward and hold on to handles with both hands. Only one rider per single tube. Double tubes must have two riders with the smaller rider seated at the front.

ProRacer
Grab a carpet and race against one other friend while you glide over two humps into a runout. Carpets are free of charge and can be found at the bottom of the slide. Riders can expect fast speeds and multiple dips in the slide as they travel down the slide. Riders will need to walk up stairs to make it to the attraction.
To ride: lay on the mat on your stomach, lift your feet, tuck your elbows in, and hold on to both handles tightly.

Lazy River
Grab a tube and float through the winding river. Expect multiple other riders on the river and various depths up to approximately 3.5ft. Riders must be able to enter and exit tubes on their own and must remain in their tubes throughout the ride. Single tubes are free and available at the end of the attraction and on a first come first serve basis.
Double tubes can be rented for a fee, while supplies last.

Wavepool
An ocean of motion! Zero depth entry gives the pool a beach feel with wave cycles typically occurring 10 minutes on and 10 minutes off. The flashing amber lights and intermittent tone signal the beginning of the cycle. Waves may stop at any time as required by the Lifeguards.
The deepest part of the pool reaches 6'6". Swimmers with PFDs are not permitted to cross the white line marker, located at the 5 foot mark.
Swimmers can experience strong waves. Inexperienced swimmers and those under 48" tall must wear a life jacket and be in arms reach of a guardian.

Whirlpool
No diaper-age children or incontinent patrons.Kick back and relax in our Whirlpool. Guests should only stay in the whirlpool for a maximum of 10 minutes. Guests can expect to be seated closely to one another.
Diaper aged children and incontinent patrons are not permitted in the Whirlpool.

Puddle Jumper's Pond
Patrons can expect a zero depth entry pool with the deepest part being 2ft. There is a mushroom water feature and 3 kiddie slides that all exit into the same pool. PFDs are free of charge and located by the pool.
Parents/Guardians must supervise their children at all times.

A short side by side slide that allows children to go down simultaneously with a friend. Parents/guardians can wait at the bottom of the slide to catch/aid the child. EARLY CLOSURE POLICY
Magic Mountain is typically open rain or shine; however, if extreme weather (i.e. lightning, high winds, extreme cold or tropical storm conditions) or any other issue (i.e. power outage, mechanical failure, or water quality problem) forces the entire park to suspend operation for more than 60 minutes, rain checks for the remainder of the day are issued and valid at any time throughout the remainder of the season. Rain checks must be requested prior to leaving the park. Rain checks must be requested within 30 minutes of the park resuming operations. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds. Please be aware that individual rides/attractions may close unexpectedly from time to time without compensation.
Reserve Your Tickets
Park attendance will continue to be managed in all our Zones. Customers must still reserve their date and purchase ahead online. If we are sold out online, tickets will not be sold at the gate. Please purchase ahead to avoid disappointment, especially if you are traveling a distance.
